Property (Asset) Stability
By using the latest market data, we are able to tell you if there’s anything that’s going to impact the real world, real-time value of any given property. This includes rental value as an asset, property type, not-rentable risk due to geographical trends, and localised environmental factors such as employment rates, all of which could have a positive or negative impact on rental security.
Assessing accurate income stability isn’t just about taking a look at base line data on whether rental income achieved meets mortgage payments, because so much more can more into play. Using our wide range of data assets, we are able to identify and flag up a wide range of potential risks including rental-occupiers who we know from our mover-data-set are looking to move properties and could provide a risk to existing income, and Energy Performance Certi cate (EPC) risk data, critical to the ability to be able to legally rent a property.
